Notes: Photo taken from the conduit which crosses Applegate River. The flume ran along Eastside Road which was built in 1906-07 into the cliff SE of the Applegate River. While the flume may have certainly been used for some mining, we believe that its predominant use was irrigation, especially at the time of this photo.
