Notes: The teacher is Maybelle Alice Daniels (1896-1987). She married Harry Ray Offenbacher on Sept.1, 1916. Given the available dates of birth for almost all of these students, 1915 or 1914 are more likely than "approx. 1913" which is written on the back. For example, Venita was born in 1909 and appears older than four years. Maybelle taught until her 1916 marriage (and went back to teaching, at the Applegate School, when married women were permitted to do that).
