Notes: "Kubli Farm Irrigation Flume ... which may have provided irrigation for the Kubli farm and energy for the Kubli (water-powered) Grist Mill, is located on the steep hillside above [Hwy 238]. The Grist Mill [was] located 100 feet to the west of the blacksmith shed. The ranch house was constructed in 1862 and stood 200 feet to the east and was razed in 1966."
