Notes: Appears to be the cabin (see # 29 and 30) built by Kinder Boaz around the time of his marriage to Laura Jane Wells on February 10, 1861 (see attached). That is Wells as in Wellsville. This cabin was located on what would become Eastside Road in 1906. Boaz sold to T.J. Kenney who sold to James T. Buckley who sold to Pat Swayne. Benton and Ada (Cameron) Pool acquired the Boaz homestead in 1906; their daughter Maudie inherited and lived in it with husband William Ziegler and son Robert. She disliked living in an aged cabin and after a kitchen fire in 1958 she took it down and brought in a mobile home. Britt's initials appear on the bag sitting on the end of the porch.
